INSIDE SALES MANAGER—STEUBENVILLE OHIO AREA

Here is what you will be doing :

• Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly sales and EBIT bookings targets.
• Manage and maximize revenue, EBIT and share within the structure of the operations and commercial team
• Maintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contracts and non-contract business.
• Participate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the Contracts
• Develop and nurture customer relationships at the highest level.
• Set goals and objectives with inside and outside sales reps.
• Direct salespeople to meet weekly customer visits while penetrating each account to its highest level.
• Travel requirement is 15%
