The QC Technician II is responsible for investigating and troubleshooting the functionality of performance problems and recommend corrective action when appropriate. Also, may monitor and execute on-site equipment or tool calibration.

This position reports to the Quality Manager, Finished Goods and is part of the Quality Control team located in Torrance, California and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Sample and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on finished products by LCs.

Perform minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation

Complete all testing assignments as outlined by department Manager

The essential requirements of the job include :

High School Diploma (with some chemistry units in college preferred)

Minimum of 6 months working in a Quality Control laboratory (Quality Control Technician I or equivalent).

HPLC knowledge prefer.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

Adhere to ISO : 9001 guidelines

FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed

Comfortable using computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

The hourly range for this role is $23.00 - $28.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
