As a Frontier Customer Service Representative, you'll receive in-depth training on Frontier's full suite of residential services, equipping you to deliver outstanding client support from day one. You'll be the trusted face of our campaign, proactively resolving concerns, expertly answering questions, and creating lasting household relationships through empathy, clarity, and proactive problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing as a Frontier Customer Service Representative

Serve as the first point of contact for residential customers, delivering friendly and informative assistance across Frontier’s internet, TV, and phone services.

Listen actively and diagnose service-related concerns, offering timely, effective solutions with empathy and clarity.

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or escalate complex issues to specialized technical support teams as needed.

Clearly explain billing, service options, promotions, and account details to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

Process service changes, upgrades, and customer requests accurately, maintaining clean and reliable data records.

Handle complaints and escalations professionally using de-escalation techniques to deliver positive resolutions.

Document all customer interactions thoroughly in CRM systems for transparency and continuity.

Stay current on Frontier’s offerings and consistently deliver service with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
