Family Practice - Without OB Physician

SSM Health Optometry position schedule is 8-5 pm M, W, Th, and Friday, full-time (0.8 FTE) located in Fond du Lac, WI. We work with our integrated SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Institute. This is great opportunity for to build a practice with an established patient base and specialty access on-site. Our optometrists provide a high level of care to our complex patients, including pediatrics to geriatrics and partners with comprehensive ophthalmologists onsite. Included in the clinic is a full service Optical Shop. Specialists in retina, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, cornea and oculoplastic are also located throughout our integrated eye network and are readily available for consults. Ideal candidates are board-certified in optometry. Excellent compensation and benefits package.
