A well-established private\ngastroenterology practice in Lubbock, Texas is actively recruiting a Board-Certified\nor Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team, currently\nconsisting of one physician and three advanced practice providers. This is an\nexceptional opportunity to step into a high-demand market with immediate\nprocedural volume and no call responsibilities—offering an ideal balance of\nprofessional growth and lifestyle.

Position Highlights :

\n\n

  • High-Volume Practice : \nPerform general GI procedures from day one. The current physician is fully\nbooked 3–6 months out, with a long waiting list for scopes and an established\nreferral base.
  • No Call : Enjoy a predictable\nschedule with no on-call duties.
  • Scope-Ready Facilities : \nProcedures are performed at a local physician-owned ambulatory surgery center\n(ASC) and well-equipped office-based procedural suites.
  • New Patient Focus : All new\npatients will be referred to the incoming physician, with active support from\nthe current partner to build your patient base quickly.
  • General GI Only : All\nprocedures are general scoping—no EUS or ERCP required.

Compensation and Benefits :

\n\n

  • $700,000 +
  • $50,000 Signing Bonus and\n$15,000 Relocation Assistance
  • Outstanding Earning\nPotential : Expect to earn $1.2M+ annually after year one, based on\nfee-for-service collections
  • Partnership Opportunity : \nOwnership track in the clinic, ASC, and hospital after two years

    Requirements : \n\n

  • MD or DO degree from an\naccredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board\nEligible in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for or in\npossession of a Texas medical license
  • Strong clinical skills and\nability to manage a high-volume practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and\ncommunication abilities
  • Motivated to grow within a\nprivate practice partnership track
