Job descriptionAssist patients, residents, and clients with therapy activities and exercises outlined in their treatment plans. Monitor and record therapy services for individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments. Implement and modify therapeutic activities based on demonstrated competency and patient goals. Collaborate with physical therapists to document patient responses and progress. Focus on interventions in post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments. A degree from an approved American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program as a Physical Therapist Assistant. A valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice. A commitment to conforming to supervision and licensing standards. Position Overview
We are excited to welcome a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to our rehabilitation team at GSS ND Mandan Sunset . This full-time position offers :
- Shift : Day
- Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Pay Info : $10,000 sign-on bonus!
