Description

Care Wise Behavioral Therapies is seeking a passionate and dedicated License Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a License Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist BCBAs in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective treatment

- Provide feedback and support to clients and their families to promote skill development and behavior change

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field

- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of clients

Salary

$32 - $45 per hour
