In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, youll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit, and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. The candidate will serve as a chief engineer on a project or project family. Eclipse RF is recognized as an industry leader supplying high-performance RF transceivers and systems to support demanding Software Defined Radio applications. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our product area leadership team as a Chief Engineer. This role will be instrumental in defining our technical strategy, leading our engineering teams, and driving the development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of both our defense and commercial customers.

Pay Information :
Full-Time Salary Range : $133333 - $226667. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
