About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team in Fresno, CA. As a Registered Nurse in Hospice, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, and provide education and support to their families.

Coverage Area and Availability :

We are seeking a candidate who is available Full Time in Fresno and the greater Fresno area.

Requirements :

• Must possess a current CA Registered Nurse license
• One year of nursing experience (1+ year of hospice experience preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Willing / able to successfully pass background check
• Must have valid driver license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willing to comply with health screening and immunization requirements
