About the Hospital / Director Invasive Cardiology (RN) Position :

Non-profit, growing, 450+ bed teaching hospital in the heart of the Southeast
Position will manage a very busy and growing Cardiology Department with a team of 60 FTE's, including four (4) Managers / Coordinators
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative CNO

Director Invasive Cardiology (RN) Highlights and Benefits :

Director Invasive Cardiology (RN) Requirements :

Master's degree required (if not in Nursing, must have BSN as well)

RN Active License

Minimum of three (3) years of acute care hospital leadership experience required, preferably in cardiac services

Must have at least five (5) years Cardiac nursing experience (Cath and / or EP)

Must have previous experience leading a team, achieving excellent patient outcomes and staff engagement, and establishing collaborative relationships with physicians
