CRNA needed in Tiffin, OHMonday-Friday, 8's or 10's.Call is negotiable 1 night per weekNo weekends and no holidays.Case Mix : Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robotSupport Staff / Supervision : CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNA's / day, autonomous / independent setting of OR's : Runs 3-4 OR's daily, OR, Endo, OB & cardiology. The team averages 17 cases / day.EMR System : EPICCredentialing Time-Frame : 60-90 daysRate : $195-205 / hrCRNA, ACLS, BLS and OH license required
