(KGE) as an Inside Sales Representative , where you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Outside Sales Reps to learn the business of power generation from the inside out.

We’re the exclusive industrial solutions provider for Generac Power Systems in the Mid-Atlantic and have powered critical infrastructure for over 30 years. If you’re driven, curious, and eager to grow into a six-figure sales career, this is your starting point.

What You'll Do :

  • Support Outside Sales Reps in generating new leads and developing customer relationships
  • Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities through phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Learn the full Generac product line—including Industrial Generators, Battery Storage, Transfer Switches, and Warranties
  • Participate in customer calls, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales activity reporting
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to accelerate your development
  • Partner with Kelly engineering, service, and project management teams to gain full exposure to our sales cycle

  • Who You Are :

  • 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience preferred
  • Interest in B2B sales and growing into an outside sales role
  • Strong communicator with solid organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to learn
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with generators, engines, or electrical equipment is a plus—but not required
