(KGE) as an Inside Sales Representative , where you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Outside Sales Reps to learn the business of power generation from the inside out.
We’re the exclusive industrial solutions provider for Generac Power Systems in the Mid-Atlantic and have powered critical infrastructure for over 30 years. If you’re driven, curious, and eager to grow into a six-figure sales career, this is your starting point.
What You'll Do :
- Support Outside Sales Reps in generating new leads and developing customer relationships
- Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities through phone, email, and CRM tools
- Learn the full Generac product line—including Industrial Generators, Battery Storage, Transfer Switches, and Warranties
- Participate in customer calls, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales activity reporting
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to accelerate your development
- Partner with Kelly engineering, service, and project management teams to gain full exposure to our sales cycle

1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience preferredInterest in B2B sales and growing into an outside sales roleStrong communicator with solid organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated, coachable, and ready to learnHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredFamiliarity with generators, engines, or electrical equipment is a plus—but not requiredProducts You’ll Learn :
