Experience and role description :

• Ability to develop and own Hurons AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive revenue-generating AI offerings in partnership with Industry and Digital Capability Leads
• Lead AI offerings sales and product development from ideation to launch pricing strategy build vs. buy vs. partner decisions feature development and post-launch improvement
• Deep industry knowledge in either Education and Research Manufacturing or Energy and Utilities plus proven ability to tailor offerings solutions and GTM plans based on industry and effectively communicate to Executive-level stakeholders
• Proven experience transforming business processes and deploying AI solutions in enterprise-grade production environments
• Proficient in program and financial management project delivery client and team leadership and relationship management

Qualifications :

The estimated base salary for this job is $210000 - $275000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $262500 - $371250 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
