Key Responsibilities :

Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Use material handling equipment as needed (training provided).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical / vocational training is a plus.

1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Willingness to work overtime and adjust to production needs.

Able to stand / sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Available Shifts :

Shift 1 : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM (4x10s)

Shift 2 : Monday–Thursday, 3 : 30 PM–2 : 00 AM (4x10s, 12% shift differential)

Shift 3 : Friday–Sunday, 5 : 30 AM–6 : 00 PM (3x12s, 12% shift differential for 36 / 40 hours / week)

Pay Rate :

18–$21.50 per hour, based on experience and interview

12% shift differential for Shifts 2 and 3 (included)
