Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions will have knowledge of capitation insurances . This role requires a strong commitment to patient service and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Family Medicine Physician will utilize their expertise in various medical fields, including but not limited to pediatrics, geriatrics, and chronic disease management.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including health coaching and preventive care strategies.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and more to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, suturing, and wound care as needed.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses while providing education on lifestyle modifications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience :

• Proficiency in EHR systems such as E-ClinicalWorks for efficient patient management.
• Knowledge of capitation insurances.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings or family medicine practices is highly desirable.

Pay : $59,299.00 - $71,413.86 per year
