Retail Ops, Analyst I Billing

What You Can Expect

As a Retail Operations Analyst I, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our billing processes while gaining in-depth knowledge of the products we offer. You'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, contributing directly to the success of our operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with both independent and cross-functional teams on critical billing functions and work closely with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports directly to the Manager of Retail Operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for Retail C&I customers and resolve billing disputes
• Collaborate on projects to improve billing, customer experience, and reporting processes
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for outgoing invoices
• Support cross-functional teams and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Salary Range : $49,200 - $75,325 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
