Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team you will :
- Manages accounting or budget activities and provides fiscal information.
- Monitors agency or program budget including revenues, expenditures and budget projection, etc.
- Oversees accuracy of contract tracking system; monitor and improve as needed.
- Develops and / or interprets fiscal statements and reports.
- Generates and monitors work orders, service contracts, etc.
- Coordinates and / or manages support services such as : telecommunications, motor pool, physical security, facility and grounds, mail processing, equipment relocation, warehouse storage, etc.
Qualifications
