Responsibilities
Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on Endpoint Management to join our team. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing our modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune and related tools. You will play a critical part in securing, managing, and enhancing endpoints (Windows, MacOS, iOS) to enable productivity and a streamlined user experience throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Modern Endpoint Management
- Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for device lifecycle management (Windows, iOS)
- Maintain and update Windows Autopilot profiles for device deployment
- Deploy and manage applications using Intune, Patch My PC, and other modern deployment tools
- Manage patching processes via Windows Update for Business, Microsoft Autopatch, and Azure Update Manager
Mobile Device & App Management
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies in IntuneManage MacOS endpoints using JAMFAutomation & Scripting
Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate endpoint management, deployment, and remediation tasksSecurity & Compliance
Implement and support security baselines, device compliance policies, and endpoint protection mechanismsEnsure application, patch, and device inventories are accurate and up to dateCollaboration & Support
Work closely with security, networking, and service desk teams for effective endpoint management and troubleshootingProvide documentation and knowledge transfer for operational support teamsEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
Required :
3–5+ years of experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or a related IT roleBachelor's degree in technology-related field or relevant certificationsSignificant hands-on experience with :Microsoft Intune for device and app management
Modern app deployment frameworks (Intune, Patch My PC)Operating System Deployment and Device Provisioning (Autopilot)MacOS management with JAMF and / or IntuneOperating system and application patching (Windows Update for Business, Autopatch)PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasksSolid understanding of device lifecycles, deployment, and modern workplace best practicesStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsFast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving technologiesPreferred :
