Up to 75% travel to data rooms and target sites, you'll deploy rapid assessment frameworks (e.g., maturity heatmaps) to benchmark against peers, model intervention impacts (e.g., AI for 12% synergy capture), and roadmap quick wins like GenAI for diligence acceleration.

You'll synthesize findings into executive dossiers with scenario analyses (base / best / worst), collaborating with investment pros to prioritize tech theses amid commercial risks.

Ensuring GxP / ISA compliance where relevant, you'll facilitate workshops for seamless handoffs.

For sharp analysts with PE diligence pedigrees, blending AI tech with financial acumen.
