A company is looking for an Architectural Data Modeler & Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Search, collect, structure, and manage relevant data to support model generation

Analyze various inputs and data sources to ensure accurate and high-quality model generation

Collaborate with modeling, development, and automation teams to improve workflows

Required Qualifications

Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (spoken and written)

3+ years of professional experience in architecture with advanced Revit skills

Hands-on experience with BIM Collaborate / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud

Strong QA / QC skills including model auditing and data verification

Excel proficiency for data management and reporting
