Job Description

Vuori is looking for a proactive, business-minded Commercial Counsel to join our team. This role will serve as a key advisor to our business partners across a broad range of commercial activities to support our growing company. In this capacity, you’ll be instrumental in helping shape legal strategies, develop infrastructure, and provide well-rounded legal support.

What you'll get to do :

• Comprehensive Legal Support : Provide legal counsel on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, content production, events & activations, and promotions.
• Varied Contract Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including marketing, vendor, wholesale, and consulting and service agreements, to align with Vuori’s interests and comply with applicable laws.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Wholesale, Operations, People & Culture, and other teams, ensuring legal alignment and supporting broader business goals.
• Risk Management and Compliance :  Identify and mitigate legal risks, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and ensuring the company’s practices are compliant.
• Infrastructure and Strategy : Help build and refine Vuori’s legal infrastructure and operations.

The salary range for this role is $173,000 per year - $222,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
