Job Summary

• Design develop and maintain integrations between Kinaxis Rapid Response and other enterprise systems.
• Manage Inbound and outbound between ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro Application
• Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact for Kinaxis Rapid Response integrations focusing on data sources and mapping
• Configure integration jobs using ETL tools such as Talend Informatica or Snowflake (SQL Coding experience is a plus)
• Handle integration management tasks including major / minor realignments full / partial loads data provider changes and ad-hoc data loads.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems performing fit-gap analysis and managing data dependencies.
• Work on overall integration architecture including interfaces connections imports and exports
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide technical solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues coordinating with support teams as needed
• Document integration processes configurations and any changes made to the system.
• Stay updated on the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response features and integration best practices
