    The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Bridge Building to lead the strategy, implementation, and growth of its bridge-building initiatives. This senior role is pivotal in expanding the Bridge Building Service Corps and embedding best-in-class bridge-building approaches across all service programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for codifying the core model, overseeing curriculum development, training, and capacity building, and ensuring the integration of bridge-building into the company's broader service programs. Key responsibilities include leading the national strategy, supervising and supporting educators, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Jewish culture and values, experience in intergroup relations, and a proven track record in dialogue facilitation and DEI strategy, particularly in settings involving young adults.

    Applicants for the Senior Director of Bridge Building position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant professional experience in areas such as Jewish education, service learning, interfaith / intercultural dialogue, social justice, or community building. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in bridge building, group facilitation, and DEI strategy, as well as a deep understanding of Jewish culture, values, and community. Experience in managing staff or contractors, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders are essential.
