Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Concord, Massachusetts. Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and manage financial data efficiently.
  • Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support business expansion.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist in decision-making.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting practices and procedures.
  • Assist in audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and readily available.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in general accounting and financial management.
