Key Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries from producers and home office personnel
Processes endorsements, cancellations, and general policy changes
Assists in training co-workers and agents as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience in an office environment
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to perform multi-tasks under pressure
Experience analyzing and processing diverse information
