Available Positions

Per Diem

_Afternoon sessions available Monday-Thursday, 3 : 30-6 : 45 pm. Flexible start time and option to work one or multiple days per week._

Part-Time

_8 to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday within clinic hours (8 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm)._

Position Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment for pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication needs. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and enjoys mentoring others while maintaining a manageable, client-centered caseload.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based therapy for children ages 1 and older
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and update them as needed
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support home carryover and progress
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards
• Contribute to team discussions, program development, and clinic initiatives
• As needed, support onboarding, training, and clinical mentorship of clinicians and interns

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Current California SLP License (SLPAB)
• in good standing
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Pay : $47.31 - $56.97 per hour

Expected hours : 2 - 12 per week
