American Express is seeking a highly motivated PM to support the Vice President of Digital Workplace Product Management.

This role is designed for a strategic partner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution-helping drive business priorities, operational excellence, and leadership alignment. The Program Manager will be a core member of the Product Management Leadership Team, enabling them to maximize impact by managing business rhythms, connecting cross-functional priorities, and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Partner to Leadership Act as a trusted advisor, helping to set priorities, track progress, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Business Rhythm Management Coordinate and execute leadership routines (business reviews, staff meetings, town halls), ensuring preparation, follow-up, and high-quality outputs.
• Cross-Functional Alignment Connect the dots across Digital Workplace and partner teams to drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Operational Excellence Manage tasks, reporting, and key performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement.
• Transparent Management Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery, providing regular updates to stakeholders on cost, forecast, schedule, and risk assessment.
• Collaborator - Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Experience :

Salary Range : $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
