About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Life Sales to serve as the central resource and relationship manager for the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional business plans to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, including product positioning, marketing strategies, and continuous analysis of the territory to identify market changes and relationship needs. The RVP will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders and agents, serving as the initial contact for problem resolution, and leading training and sales meetings. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, insurance designations (CLU and / or ChFC), and a minimum of 5 years' experience in direct life insurance sales. The role demands expert knowledge of life insurance products, including IUL, UL, and Term, as well as advanced sales concepts. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, ethical, and compliant professional with a proven track record of initiative, leadership, and adaptability in a sales environment. The position is remote and requires up to 50% travel.
