POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for providing dental services to One Health patients in Sheridan, Wyoming clinic. Some travel to other regional clinical sites for fill-in or to attend meetings, as needed. Provides oversight of oral health care delivery, assuring quality oral health care services and adequate staff development. Provides first-line supervision of staff in service and business line functions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, practical experience, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality services, consultations and treatment in dental care.

COMPENSATION : $186,118-$205,462 / year, DOE

BONUS : $20,000 (divided into two installments)

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Certificates / Licenses :

Required

• Licensed as a dentist in the state of Wyoming
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Unrestricted DEA license
• BLS certificate upon hire
• Valid driver's license

Experience : Required

• Prior practice experience

Preferred

• Four (4) + years as a practicing dentist
• Supervisory experience
