Quality Manager l Food Manufacturer

This is a leadership position within our client's quality department, overseeing a team of technicians and helping lead inspections, process control and more.

Our client, founded in the 1960s, started as a small family-owned bakery and has since expanded into an industry-leading producer of snack foods and baked goods. With over five state-of-the-art facilities, the company supports high-profile customer requests with the utmost respect to product quality.

Base pay range

$78,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality technicians towards operational goals and supporting customers
• Utilize SPC and statistical quality controls to improve various processes
• Lead and work cross-functionally on various continuous improvement activities
• Handle and oversee all in-process and final product inspections
• Participate in manufacturing leadership meetings to align with site leadership
