Shift : M-F with potential for weekends / on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Washington, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide quality patient care in a supportive home health environment. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge visits

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for accurate documentation

Educate patients and family members on disease management

Participate in weekend, on-call, and floating coverage

Qualifications :

Active RN license in PA (or compact)

Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience

Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Current AHA BLS certification

Valid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
