LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Detroit, Michigan, 48201!

Pay Information

$200 to $210 per hour

About The Position

A well-established surgical center in Detroit, Michigan is seeking a locum CRNA to assist with weekday coverage due to ongoing staffing needs. This is a Monday–Friday, day shift position focused on outpatient surgical procedures across a wide range of specialties.

📍 Practice Setting :

Ambulatory surgical centers (primary location in Detroit; occasional floating to a nearby site)

Potential to float to a main hospital if needed (not expected regularly)

🗓 Schedule & Duration :

Start : As soon as credentialed (60–120 days estimated)

Shift : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Contract Length : 3 months with an option to extend

No weekends or on-call requirements

🏥 Clinical Details :

Supervisory model : CRNAs work under MDA supervision

EMR : Cerner

OR Volume : 3–5 ORs depending on the center

Case Load : 7–20 surgical cases / day, 0–10 pain management cases / day

Patient Population : Pediatric to geriatric (excluding neonates)

Case Types Include :

General surgery (adult and pediatric)

Orthopedics

ENT

Plastic surgery (general and IV sedation)

Robotic-assisted cases

Podiatry

🔍 Additional Notes :

No reimbursement for background checks or credentialing fees

Majority of coverage needed at a single site with occasional floating

No travel required between sites within the same day

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required

Active Michigan License – Required

BLS & ACLS Certifications – Required

Willing to manage pediatric cases – Required

Clean malpractice and background history – Required

Local providers strongly preferred ; travel expenses must be included within rate for non-locals
