ROBERT HALF LEGAL is partnering with an industry leading lemon law personal injury firm seeking an Office Services Specialist to manage daily operations. Tasks include front desk management, administrative duties, liaison between firm and the building landlord, and help manage office events. This opportunity is on site 5 days a week in Century City. Please apply if you have 2 - 3 years of office management experience.

Requirements :
1. High school diploma. Secretarial certification preferred.
2. 2 - 3 years of prior office support experience in a legal environment
3. Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Working hours : 9am -5pm
