Land / Site Development Civil Engineer

Position Overview :

We’re seeking a Civil Engineer to join a collaborative and growing team in Celina, TX . This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and permitting of civil and land development projects. The role offers hands-on experience with site / civil design for commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments in a dynamic and learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support design and documentation efforts for site / civil and land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Prepare and modify plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Analyze site conditions, topography, and hydrologic data to inform project planning and design.
• Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and designers on multidisciplinary projects.
