Job descriptionDuration : PRN basis, ongoing Specialties Accepted : Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R Exams Type : General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury Physical Assessments : Range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury No Prescribing, No Treatment DMA Certification : Available (CME credits) - Obtainable post-privileging if not certified Use of Goniometer : Required Familiarity Required : Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, Cardio Proficiency Required : METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Personal Laptop : Must own (No Apple Laptops / MACs) Training Provided : Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Reporting / DBQs Submission : Within 48 hours upon exam completion, standardized form(s) Evaluation Platform : VES's provider portal Provider Needed : 1 Board Certification : Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R Active License : Unrestricted, Full DMA Certification : Willingness to complete training and become DMA certified CV : Current home address listed for presentation ECFMG Certificate : Required if schooling was in a different country Willingness to perform Gen Med & TBI exams Wear a mask during all visits Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible : Within 0-3 years of residency
