• Description : Job ID : 3046281Cardiothoracic PAM-F 6a-2p 8hr GT OT after 8 hours daily We need someone for at least 3 weeks out of the month - this provides consistency.Call : 5 on weekdays 75 weekends ER Call primarilyPatient Population : Adults ONLYOffice / Clinic = 10 Hospital = 90Setting : Outpatient and Inpatient / Acute CareDaily Caseload : 10 patient per day - 5 Admissions 5 ICU 4 SurgeriesSupport Staff : 4 physicians 7 mid-levelsEMR : EpicExperience : Minimum of 2 yearsRequired Skills : Must be able to harvest vein and first assist surgeon on all open heart cases suturing and pre / post op surgical careOT applies after 8 hours onsite per day at 1.35x BRDaily rate covers working at the clinic for 8 hours AND covers call when at the hotel after locum has left campus for the day. If the provider works past 8 hours a day an OT bill rate of 1.35x applies. Call back bill rates if called back on campus after locum has left for the day needs to match OT 1.35x bill rate.
