Job Title : Union Relief Driver

Location : Frederickson, WA

Company : LeMay / PCR (Waste Connections)

Job Type : Full-Time, Union Position

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed

Compensation

Starting Pay : $33.49 / hour (91% of union scale)

Top Scale Pay : $36.50 / hour after 692 hours worked

Stable 40-hour workweek with overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned local routes to collect solid waste
• Follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions to service customers efficiently
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment
• Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and load refuse
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including loading / unloading waste without assistance
• Interact courteously with customers and represent the company professionally
• Complete other related duties as assigned
