Director of Release Management

A company is looking for a Director, Release Management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve enterprise-wide release and deployment management processes

Lead and mentor a team of release managers and engineers, promoting continuous improvement

Oversee release calendar and coordinate go-live activities across teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in release management or a senior technical delivery role

Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines, project management, and cloud platforms

Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams
