Painter / Helper

Summary :

Seeking a detail-oriented Painter / Helper to support paint preparation, application, and basic maintenance tasks in an industrial shop. This role involves surface prep, painting, tool upkeep, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and clean surfaces; apply primers / sealers.

Mix and apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

Maintain painting tools / equipment and keep work area clean.

Collaborate with team, follow instructions, and participate in training.

Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in painting or related field preferred.

Knowledge of paint tools and techniques.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to lift / carry materials and follow safety standards.
