Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional board-certified / board-eligible Pediatric Neurosurgeon to join our distinguished team. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced surgical care to children with complex neurological conditions while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a cutting-edge pediatric facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex pediatric neurosurgical procedures, including cranial and spinal operations for conditions such as brain tumors, hydrocephalus, epilepsy, vascular malformations, craniofacial abnormalities, and congenital malformations.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to pediatric patients and their families
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, epilepsy conferences, and case management discussions.
• Collaborate with pediatric neurologists, oncologists, intensivists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
