• Join one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, with over 40 clinics in 18 communities across Washington and Oregon
• As an FQHC, we are a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving our communities
• Our team-based approach to patient care means you are part of a care team passionate about working in community health
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
• EMR system is EPIC
• $317k annual compensation (Guaranteed first-year annual salary)
• Full and comprehensive benefits package including : 30k Hiring bonus,
• $20k Relocation allowance,$1,500 monthly housing / auto stipend for one year,
• $2,000 monthly stipend, $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date, $50k annual geographical pay, Malpractice,
