Provide professional clinical leadership, maintain work schedule for department staff, delegate tasks, monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly, approve time off requests for staff and adjust schedule as needed, provide orientation and training for new staff members, assist in annual employee evaluations, coordinate staff meetings as needed, delegate tasks, inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed, monitor budgetary constraints, maintain Duly Health and Care policy and procedures, doctor / patient liaison, maintain patient confidentiality, assure OSHA / Safety compliance, meet regularly with office manager. At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting such as a doctor's office, hospital or long-term nursing facility. One year of supervisory experience preferred.
