Join our team in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including attaching clams to tanks for filling, painting tanks, checking valves and stems for defects, and ensuring all tank markings are correct. You will also be involved in scanning tanks for shipment verification, cleaning tanks for propane filling, loading tanks onto the production line, and palletizing tanks for outgoing shipment. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Attach clams to tanks to prepare them for filling.

Paint tanks as part of the production process.

Inspect valves and stems for any defects.

Ensure all markings on tanks are correct.

Scan tanks to verify shipment details.

Clean tanks to prepare them for propane filling.

Load tanks onto the production line for filling.

Palletize tanks for outgoing shipment.

Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.

Essential Skills

General labor experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using hand tools.

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.

Standing on your feet for the entire shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in production and packing.

Understanding of solar processes is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in an open warehouse environment that is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Uniforms will be provided upon direct hire. Steel toe shoes or boots are required, and attire should be jeans and a t-shirt, with long sleeves needed in some areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, Montana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
