Position Title : Bilingual Licensed Therapist – Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Services

Location : Tucson, Arizona

Employment Type : Full-Time

Setting : Community-Based Outpatient Behavioral Health

Schedule : Monday through Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

Compensation : $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Additional Compensation : $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Performance-Based Incentives

Requirements

Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology

Arizona license or eligible within 90 days

2+ years clinical experience with adults

Experience with co-occurring disorders

Skilled in CBT, IPT, MI, and brief therapy models
