Your role at Clorox provides excellent experience and promotes the GM mindset required to be successful at Clorox. Works with cross-functional direct and broker teams to manage wholesalers and downstream indirect customers. Leverages Clorox scale and influence to deliver results across a wide array of customers and geographies in domestic US. Supports a vertical go-to-market structure across the independent, wholesaler network.

In this role, you will :

• Support Clorox, Glad, Kingsford, Hidden Valley Ranch, Fresh Step, Brita and Burt's Bees.
• Orchestrate cross-functional direct and broker teams to manage complex wholesaler across several regions and geographies.
• Leverage Clorox scale and influence to deliver results across full portfolio of brands.

Candidates should possess :

Learn the GM mindset, via hands-on approach. This is both a multifaceted and challenging role which provides excellent experience and promotes the discipline and growth required at Clorox. Responsible for developing plans, linked to Clorox strategies through joint business planning process.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. Zone A : $128,000 - $252,200 Zone B : $117,400 - $231,200 Zone C : $106,700 - $210,200 All ranges are subject to change in the future. This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
