Medical Laboratory Technician

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Lab Technician II to join the team at in Charleston, SC 29401 . This is a 14-week travel opportunity as a Generalist – Core Lab, Blood Bank, and limited Microbiology

Job Summary

This role is responsible for independently performing moderate-to-high complexity testing across multiple disciplines, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant results while maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Testing :

• Perform laboratory analyses, quality control, and proficiency testing per SOP and CAP standards.
• Verify specimen integrity, prioritize work, evaluate and interpret data, and document results.
• Assist with evaluation and implementation of new methods.

Skills : Ability to operate laboratory instrumentation, perform patient phlebotomy, and make informed decisions under pressure.
