Base pay

$14.81 / yr - $17.00 / yr

  • Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
  • Subject to eligibility, paid sick leave and REAL rewards may be provided at AEO discretion.
  • PTO, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and location, classification, and years of service.

Locations : Littleton, CO, United States

Job Schedule : Part time

Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a respectful, friendly approach.
  • Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
  • Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
  • Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • You love interacting with people and have high energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You love AE and Aerie products.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
