• About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), or Licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW)
• to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

You will provide

• evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• , maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes and high-quality client care.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other care providers.
• Participate in case consultations, trainings, and clinical meetings.
• Deliver both in-person and Telehealth counseling sessions.
• Qualifications
• Masters Degree or higher in Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active State of Idaho Licensure.
• Experienced counselors, social workers, and new graduates.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Telehealth platforms is a plus.
