Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC / BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for a contract to full-time perm role in Sacramento, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provides primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.

Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and / or medical treatments based on best practice standards.

Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.

Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS :

BE / BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD / DO) to join their team.

2 years minimum experience

Valid CA License

Current DEA Certificate

HOURS :

Mon Friday 8- 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .

Patient Load 18-20
