Key Requirements & Responsibilities for HHA / PCA Roles :

• Must possess a New York State HHA or PCA Certificate
• Limited opportunities available for sponsored certification courses
• Ability to comply with New York state credentialing guidelines
• Bilingual skills are a PLUS
• Provide assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Demonstrate interest in working with diverse client backgrounds and disabilities
